What this service is for

The move has to work around the business.

Commercial moves often have more people involved than residential moves: building management, employees, vendors, loading docks, security and a schedule that cannot simply drift.

We keep the moving scope practical and visible so the crew knows what is moving, where it goes and what access requirements have to be met.

What we handle

The work behind
the moving day.

The exact crew, equipment and scope depend on the move. These are the parts we plan around before the truck arrives.

01

Office furniture & contents

Desks, chairs, shelving, boxed contents and other ordinary business inventory can be moved as part of the planned scope.

02

Building coordination

Share loading-dock rules, elevator reservations, parking requirements and certificate-of-insurance requests before the move.

03

Disassembly & reassembly

Common office furniture can be taken apart and reassembled when needed for transport and access.

04

Packing support

Packing can be added for offices or selected departments when the business needs more preparation help.

Planning matters

The schedule matters as much as the truck.

A commercial move works best when one plan connects the crew, the buildings and the people responsible for the space.

Building requirements

Send management rules and COI requirements early enough for the move to be prepared properly.

Loading access

Dock height, elevator size, parking restrictions and carrying distance can change the crew and equipment plan.

Point of contact

One person who can answer access and scope questions keeps the move from stalling when decisions are needed.

Sensitive equipment

Identify specialty, IT, fragile or unusually heavy equipment before the estimate so responsibilities are clear.

Questions, answered

Before you book.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes, when a building requires one. Send the building's exact certificate requirements in advance so they can be reviewed and arranged.

Do you move offices outside normal business hours?

Scheduling depends on crew availability and building access. If your move needs a specific window, include it when requesting the estimate.

Can you pack office contents?

Yes. Packing can be added for selected areas or a broader office move when arranged in advance.

Do you move specialty equipment?

Some specialty items can be handled, but unusually heavy, delicate or technical equipment must be disclosed before the job so we can confirm scope and equipment.
